Katya Allen, President

Katya Allen has been serving the recruiting needs of software companies for more than 13 years. Before launching Olympic Search, Katya worked at Rod Asher and Associates, where she specialized in placing senior level engineering talent with start-up and established companies.

In her free time, Katya is an amateur winemaker, soccer player and volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She founded the Good Times for Goodtimes Wine Auction, which has raised nearly $1 million for pediatric cancer patients and survivors.
